The Anchor

Anchored in Christ. Strengthened in brotherhood.

“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”

Proverbs 27:17
Why A.D.A.M. Exists

Men were never meant to walk alone.

Many men have learned to carry responsibility, pressure, disappointment, leadership, provision, questions, and burdens quietly.

A.D.A.M.™ creates space for men to bring those realities into authentic Christian brotherhood — where men can pray, listen, encourage, challenge, correct in love, carry one another’s burdens, and continually point one another back to Christ.

This is not performance. This is formation. This is not perfection. This is discipleship.

The Life Of The Assembly

Discipleship. Brotherhood. Stewardship.

A.D.A.M.™ cultivates spaces where men can mature in Christ, become known in brotherhood, and faithfully steward the responsibilities God has placed in their hands.

Discipleship & Scripture

Men continually return to Scripture, seek the counsel of God, practice obedience, and grow in spiritual maturity.

Brotherhood & Accountability

Men become known rather than remaining isolated — praying for one another, speaking truth in love, asking difficult questions, and refusing to let one another drift alone.

Leadership & Stewardship

Men learn to faithfully steward their character, relationships, homes, work, influence, leadership, resources, and assignments before God.

Carry One Another

Brotherhood is more than proximity.

A.D.A.M.™ is a space where men do not have to pretend that strength means carrying everything alone. Biblical brotherhood creates room for prayer, confession, encouragement, correction, restoration, celebration, and burden-bearing.

“Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.”

Galatians 6:2
What We Cultivate

Men becoming more like Christ.

Anchored Identity

Knowing who we are in Christ before allowing position, performance, success, failure, or the opinions of others to define us.

Prayer

Learning to seek God first, intercede for others, submit decisions to Him, and remain dependent upon Christ.

Integrity

Becoming the same man privately and publicly, allowing Christ to shape character, choices, relationships, and responsibility.

Accountability

Creating relationships where truth can be spoken, correction can be received, repentance can occur, and growth can continue without shame.

Servant Leadership

Rejecting leadership as status or control and learning to use influence, responsibility, and authority in service to God and others.

Spiritual Fatherhood

As men mature in Christ, they become increasingly capable of encouraging, discipling, strengthening, and helping guide the men coming behind them.

The Gathering

A weekly return to Christ and brotherhood.

A.D.A.M.™ gathers virtually on Sunday evenings for Scripture, prayer, reflection, accountability, encouragement, and authentic Christian brotherhood.

This is not simply another meeting. It is intentional space for men to examine their hearts, seek God before entering the week, strengthen one another in faith, and remember that before we lead others, we must first be led by Christ.

Stand firm before you step forward.

Who This Assembly Is For

Mature and maturing men in Christ.

Men do not need to arrive having everything figured out. What matters is a willingness to seek Christ, grow in spiritual maturity, participate honestly in brotherhood, and strengthen others along the way.

The Covenant Of Brotherhood

Brotherhood requires stewardship.

A.D.A.M.™ is intentionally cultivated as a space of confidentiality, consistency, participation, prayer, accountability, and respect.

Confidentiality

What is entrusted within the brotherhood is treated with care, discretion, and respect.

Consistency

Brotherhood deepens when men are present, dependable, and willing to walk together over time.

Participation

Men do not come only to receive. They pray, listen, share, encourage, carry, and contribute to the brotherhood.

Scriptural Foundation

Sharpen. Encourage. Carry.

Proverbs 27:17

“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”

Hebrews 10:24–25

A call to gather, encourage one another, and spur one another toward love and good works.

Galatians 6:1–2

A call to restore one another gently and carry one another’s burdens.
