Around Our Father’s Table™ is a place to slow down, open Scripture together, ask honest questions, listen, learn, pray, and allow the Word to shape how we live.
We come from different backgrounds, experiences, and levels of biblical understanding, but we gather around the same Word and the same Father through Jesus Christ.
There is room at the Table.
His Word trains our discernment.
How can we recognize what does not sound like our Father if we have not taken the time to know what He sounds like?
Know His Nature
Scripture reveals who God is — His holiness, love, justice, mercy, faithfulness, wisdom, truth, and character.
Know His Voice
The more deeply we know God's Word, the better equipped we become to recognize what aligns with His truth and what contradicts it.
Grow In Discernment
As Scripture renews our minds, we become better prepared to test what we hear, examine what we are taught, recognize deception, and make wise decisions.
The Word helps us discern the relationships, environments, opportunities, influences, teachings, decisions, and voices we encounter.
