These terms apply to participation in The House of Eden™, The Violet Hour™, A.D.A.M.™, E.V.E.™, E.A.D.™, workshops, retreats, cohorts, mentorship experiences, conferences, speaking engagements, trainings, events, resources, digital content, and related offerings.
3. No Professional Advice
The House of Eden™ does not provide medical advice, mental health treatment, therapy, counseling, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or clinical services. All content, conversations, teachings, mentorship, and resources are for educational, spiritual, discipleship, leadership development, and personal growth purposes only.
4. Personal Responsibility
Participants remain responsible for their decisions, actions, relationships, business choices, finances, health, wellbeing, and outcomes. The House of Eden™ does not guarantee specific spiritual, personal, professional, financial, educational, ministry, or leadership results.
5. Faith-Based Content
The House of Eden™ operates from a Christian worldview grounded in Scripture. Offerings may include prayer, biblical teaching, Christian discipleship, spiritual formation, mentorship, worship, reflection, and Kingdom leadership principles.
6. Participation
Participation in certain offerings may require registration, application, invitation, approval, parental or guardian consent, or additional documentation. The House of Eden™ reserves the right to accept, decline, suspend, or discontinue participation when needed to preserve integrity, safety, alignment, confidentiality, or the spiritual culture of the community.
7. Confidentiality
We seek to create spaces of trust, respect, prayer, and care. Participants are encouraged to honor confidentiality regarding personal information shared in gatherings, sessions, events, or programs. However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed among participants.
8. Youth Programming
Programs involving minors or young adults, including E.V.E.™ and related initiatives, may require parental or guardian consent, emergency contact information, school or community partner approval, and additional safety requirements.
9. Payments, Donations & Refunds
Fees paid for workshops, retreats, conferences, speaking engagements, trainings, events, educational experiences, or other offerings are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Cancellation or transfer requests may be reviewed case by case.
Donations are voluntary contributions intended to support the building, development, resources, outreach, programming, discipleship pathways, and future nonprofit initiatives connected to The House of Eden™. Tax-deductibility may depend on the legal and nonprofit status of the receiving entity at the time of the gift. Donors should consult their own tax professional for guidance.
10. Intellectual Property
All logos, graphics, written content, curriculum, frameworks, teachings, videos, resources, downloads, page copy, program materials, and related creative assets are the property of The House of Eden™ unless otherwise noted. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, modified, or used commercially without written permission.
11. Proprietary Brands
The House of Eden™, The Violet Hour™, A.D.A.M.™, E.V.E.™, E.A.D.™, and associated names, programs, frameworks, language, content, and creative materials are proprietary brands and intellectual property of The House of Eden™ unless otherwise noted.
12. Website Use
