The Violet Hour™

A Sacred Assembly.

Women Anchored in Christ.

Seek God Before Serving.

A Heavenly Meeting Before Every Earthly Meeting.

An invitation-based assembly of mature and maturing women in Christ who gather for prayer, Scripture, intercession, discernment, sisterhood, and spiritual formation.

We seek God together, carry one another in prayer, and grow into women who strengthen and disciple others.

Inspired By Lydia

The woman by the river.

Lydia of Thyatira was a worshiper of God, a woman of commerce, hospitality, influence, and spiritual stewardship.

Scripture introduces her near a place of prayer, where the Lord opened her heart to receive the message of Christ.

Her household responded, and her home later became a place of hospitality and gathering for believers.

Her story reminds us that before we lead, build, serve, carry, or steward what God has placed in our hands, we first turn our hearts toward Him.

The First Fruits Of The Week

Before we pour out, we are filled.

Each Monday at 5:00 AM Eastern Time, we begin the week in the presence of God.

Before the demands of our homes, work, ministries, relationships, decisions, and responsibilities begin, we gather.

We do not gather because we have extra time. We gather because we believe the first and most important posture of a disciple is dependence upon Christ.

Before we pour out, we are filled.

Before we lead others, we are led.

Before we build, we abide.

Together we return to Scripture, seek wisdom, sharpen discernment, listen, surrender, intercede, and anchor ourselves in Christ before entering the week.

The Life Of The Assembly

Prayer. Formation. Sisterhood.

The Violet Hour™ is more than a weekly meeting. It is a shared commitment to seek God, carry one another, and mature together in Christ.

Prayer & Intercession

We pray with and for one another, our families, churches, communities, and the assignments God has entrusted to us.

We learn to move beyond only presenting our own needs and grow in the discipline of standing in prayer for the needs of others.

Formation & Discernment

Through Scripture, prayer, surrender, reflection, obedience, and the work of the Holy Spirit, we attend to who we are becoming in Christ.

We seek wisdom and discernment before making decisions, carrying assignments, or responding to the demands around us.

Sisterhood & Spiritual Motherhood

We cultivate relationships where women are known, prayed for, encouraged, challenged, and strengthened in Christ.

As women mature, we seek to become women capable of strengthening, shepherding, and discipling others.

We Carry One Another

No woman should have to carry every burden alone.

The Violet Hour™ creates room for women to bring their burdens, celebrations, questions, decisions, families, assignments, griefs, victories, and prayer needs before God together.

We listen to one another, bear one another’s burdens, pray in agreement, and continually point one another back to Christ.

Sisterhood is not simply fellowship. It is faithful presence.

Who This Assembly Is For

Mature and maturing women in Christ.

Women do not need to arrive having everything figured out. What matters is a sincere desire to seek Christ, grow in spiritual maturity, and participate faithfully in Christian community.

The Covenant Of The Room

Intimacy requires stewardship.

The Violet Hour™ is intentionally cultivated as a space of confidentiality, consistency, participation, prayer, and accountability.

Confidentiality

What is entrusted within the room is treated with care, discretion, and respect.

Consistency

Community deepens when women are present, dependable, and willing to walk with one another over time.

Participation

We do not come only to receive. We pray, listen, share, encourage, carry, and contribute to the life of the assembly.

The Gathering

Monday mornings at 5:00 AM Eastern.

The Violet Hour™ gathers virtually each Monday morning for prayer, Scripture, intercession, reflection, spiritual formation, and shared life in Christ.

Participation remains invitation-based so that the intimacy, accountability, and spiritual culture of the assembly can be prayerfully stewarded.
