A Letter From the Steward

The House of Eden™ was never intended to become another organization, another platform, or another collection of disconnected programs.

It was born from a simple conviction:

Jesus did not merely call His followers to gather people or build organizations. He commanded us to make disciples.

Over time, I began to recognize discipleship as the thread running through every page of Scripture and every doorway within this House.

That realization changed everything.

Today, I see The House of Eden™ as an assembly of disciples anchored in Jesus Christ — people who are continually being formed through Scripture, prayer, the Holy Spirit, and authentic Christian community.

As disciples are formed, they are equipped to lead faithfully, steward responsibly, serve humbly, disciple others, and participate in the restoration of communities through Christ.

The House is not the foundation.

Jesus Christ is the foundation.

“For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ.”

1 Corinthians 3:11

The House is simply a place where people are invited to return to Him, remain in Him, and be formed into His likeness.

Making disciples is the mission.

Everything within The House of Eden™ begins with Christ, is surrendered to Christ, and exists to point people back to Christ.

We remain anchored through Scripture and prayer.

We believe disciples remain anchored in Christ by continually returning to His Word, depending upon Him through prayer, walking in step with the Holy Spirit, and growing within His Body.

Scripture reveals the Father through His Son, renews our minds, teaches us truth, and helps us recognize His voice.

Prayer keeps us dependent upon Him. Through prayer, we submit our plans, intercede for others, listen for His direction, and bring our lives into agreement with His Word.

We do not simply want people to read Scripture for information. We want disciples to study the Word, obey the Word, live the Word, and learn how to pray the Word.

This is the rhythm of discipleship. This is the rhythm of spiritual formation.

Formation emphasizes becoming, not merely knowing.

Our goal is not simply to increase biblical knowledge. Our prayer is that every person who enters this House increasingly reflects the character of Jesus Christ.

Information may increase what a person knows, but discipleship transforms who a person is becoming.

We believe formation occurs as disciples encounter Jesus through Scripture, respond to Him in prayer, surrender to the Holy Spirit, practice obedience, and grow within authentic Christian community.

Every doorway exists for the same purpose.

Different people.
Different life stages.
Different pathways.
One House. One mission.

The Violet Hour™ is an invitation-only assembly of women anchored in Christ who seek God before serving the world and grow through Scripture, prayer, discipleship, accountability, sisterhood, and authentic Christian community.

A.D.A.M.™ — Advancement & Discipleship of Anchored Men™ gathers men into authentic brotherhood where they grow through Scripture, prayer, discipleship, accountability, servant leadership, spiritual formation, and Kingdom service.

E.V.E.™ — The Empowered Violet Experience™ is a discipleship and leadership pathway for young women, developing identity in Christ, spiritual maturity, discernment, confidence, stewardship, leadership, preparation, and faithful witness.

E.A.D.™ — Empowered Anchored Disciples™ is a Christ-centered discipleship pathway that forms empowered and anchored disciples of Jesus Christ through Scripture, prayer, spiritual formation, stewardship, servant leadership, and faithful witness.

Build disciples.
Equip leaders.
Restore communities.

The mission also extends beyond the four doorways.

The House of Eden™ creates public gatherings, workshops, conferences, partnerships, and community outreach opportunities where people can encounter Christ and connect with the mission of the House.

Around the Father’s Table is a public Bible gathering where people read Scripture, study the Word, know the Father through His Son, pray the Word, and learn how to live what they have received.

ANCHORED™ is a public conference and workshop expression connected to E.A.D.™, integrating Christ-centered identity, discipleship, discernment, stewardship, servant leadership, workforce readiness, and practical preparation.

Our community prayer outreach creates simple opportunities to meet people where they are, offer prayer, provide encouragement and spiritual nourishment, and invite them to know Jesus Christ.

These expressions are not additional doorways. They are ways the foundation and mission of the House are carried into the public square.

Why discipleship?

Communities are not restored simply because people attend Bible studies, conferences, or gatherings.

Communities are restored because people are transformed by Christ and begin living differently in their homes, workplaces, churches, schools, businesses, neighborhoods, and communities.

Transformation precedes restoration.

When disciples walk in the Spirit, families are strengthened, churches are strengthened, leaders become healthier, young people become more anchored, and communities begin to flourish.

The Kingdom of God becomes visible through ordinary people faithfully living lives of obedience, stewardship, service, and love.

Everything we build must answer one question.

“How does this build disciples, equip leaders, and restore communities through Christ?”

If it advances the mission, aligns with Scripture, and reflects the character of Christ, we prayerfully build.

If it does not, we prayerfully wait.

Mission always comes before opportunity.

As this vision unfolded...

The Lord continually brought me back to one woman in Scripture — Lydia.

Not because she preached to crowds. Not because she held a title. But because when the Lord opened her heart, she opened her home.

Her house became a place where the Gospel took root, believers gathered, and disciples were strengthened.

That changed the way I understood stewardship.

I realized God was not asking me to build something impressive. He was inviting me to steward a House where people could encounter Christ, be formed into His likeness, and then be sent back into their homes, workplaces, churches, schools, businesses, and communities as faithful witnesses.

This House is built differently.

Not around personalities.
Around the presence of God.

Not around ambition.
Around obedience.

Not around platforms.
Around discipleship.

Not around influence for influence’s sake.
Around faithful stewardship and Kingdom impact.

Because everything belongs to Christ.

Every doorway.
Every gathering.
Every conversation.
Every prayer.
Every leader.
Every partnership.
Every generation.

My prayer for you is simple.

My prayer is not that you become dependent upon this House.

My prayer is that you become deeply dependent upon Jesus Christ.

That every conversation within this House anchors you more firmly in His Word.

That every prayer teaches you to depend more fully upon Him.

That every gathering helps you recognize the Father’s voice through Scripture.

That every relationship reminds you that you belong to His Body.

That every opportunity equips you to faithfully steward what He has entrusted to you.

My hope is that when you leave this House, you leave more anchored in Christ than when you arrived.

That you continually return to His Word, remain devoted to prayer, walk in step with His Spirit, and stay connected to His Body.

May your life become a living testimony that quietly invites others to return to the true Vine, remain in Him, and do the same for someone else.

Point them to the One who transformed you — Jesus Christ, the true Vine.

Because disciples make disciples.
And transformed disciples help restore communities.

One transformed disciple at a time.

I rarely introduce myself as the founder before I introduce myself as the steward because this House is not mine.

It belongs to Christ.

I simply have the privilege and responsibility of caring for what He has entrusted to me.
