E.A.D™

Empowered Anchored Disciples™

Building spiritual strength beyond performance, ego, and achievement.

E.A.D™ is a developing discipleship pathway designed to form empowered, anchored disciples who are rooted in Christ, strengthened through Scripture, and equipped to lead with humility, discipline, purpose, and Kingdom impact.

E.A.D™ speaks to men, athletes, emerging leaders, and individuals who are learning that identity is not found in performance, applause, physical strength, titles, success, or visibility. True strength begins in Christ.

Why E.A.D™ Exists

Forming anchored disciples before the transition arrives.

Many people spend years developing talent, discipline, strength, skill, influence, and achievement while receiving little preparation for the spiritual, emotional, relational, and leadership responsibilities that await them beyond performance.

Sports, work, leadership, and achievement can provide structure, identity, recognition, opportunity, and purpose. But when a season ends, a role changes, applause fades, pressure increases, or life requires more than performance, many people begin asking deeper questions.

Who am I beyond what I do?

Who am I when the applause stops?

Who am I when there is no coach, title, platform, or audience directing my next move?

Who am I when leadership is required in my home, career, relationships, church, business, or community?

E.A.D™ exists to help answer those questions through Christ-centered discipleship, spiritual formation, brotherhood, accountability, and practical leadership development.

We believe disciples are more than performers. They are future husbands, fathers, mentors, leaders, builders, servants, community restorers, and Kingdom stewards.

Our goal is to help people develop the spiritual maturity, identity, character, emotional resilience, and purpose necessary to lead well long after the applause, performance, or position changes.

Because the greatest assignment may not be what they achieve. It may be the life they are called to lead.

Biblical Foundation

Spiritual strength carries eternal weight.

“For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.”

1 Timothy 4:8

E.A.D™ is rooted in the belief that physical strength, discipline, and excellence have value, but godliness, spiritual maturity, identity in Christ, character, and purpose carry eternal weight.

The most important muscle is not built through performance, ego, or striving. It is strengthened by abiding in Christ, returning to His Word, walking in His Spirit, and growing within His Body.

Who It Serves

E.A.D™ is designed for those navigating identity, leadership, discipline, transition, and purpose beyond performance.

Posture. Scripture. Brotherhood. Purpose.

E.A.D™ is designed to strengthen disciples through spiritual formation, biblical truth, authentic brotherhood, mentorship, leadership development, emotional maturity, and practical preparation for the future.

The goal is not only to help people perform well, but to help them become spiritually grounded, emotionally healthy, mentally resilient, and prepared to lead in their homes, churches, workplaces, communities, and future families.

How We Form Disciples

E.A.D™ follows the same formation rhythm of The House of Eden™: Behold. Belong. Become. Build. Bless.

Behold

We fix our eyes on Christ before we lead, serve, build, speak, or move. Prayer is not preparation for the work. Prayer is the work.

Belong

We grow inside authentic brotherhood where men are seen, known, encouraged, challenged, prayed for, and strengthened in Christ.

Become

We allow the Holy Spirit to form the character of Christ within us so our lives reflect godliness, discipline, humility, and the fruit of the Spirit.

Build

We help disciples discover their gifts, calling, purpose, and place within the Body of Christ. As disciples mature, they become disciple-makers.

Bless

We carry what God has formed in us into our homes, churches, workplaces, schools, teams, neighborhoods, and communities.

Witness

We point others back to the true Vine — Jesus Christ — because disciples make disciples.
